These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the titi4 platform, including all gaming products, financial transactions, and support services. Please read them carefully before using any titi4 service.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to create a titi4 account. One account per individual. Identity verification (KYC) is required before financial transactions are enabled.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major e-wallets. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in Section 6 of these Terms.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods. titi4 reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers. Abuse of bonus structures will result in account review and potential suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your titi4 login credentials. titi4 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Do not share your account with any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which titi4 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing territory, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. The titi4 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the Platform. titi4 enforces this age restriction rigorously and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned at titi4's discretion.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is designed and operated to serve players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of Indonesia and that accessing and using the Platform in your jurisdiction does not violate any applicable local law or regulation to which you are personally subject.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any form of legal guardianship or court order that would prevent you from engaging in financial transactions.
2.4 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the titi4 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using details belonging to another person — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2.5 Not an Employee. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of titi4 or its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money gaming services on titi4, you must complete the account registration process via the titi4 Login page. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are obligated to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. titi4 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information, including failed deposits or withdrawal delays caused by incorrect bank account details.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, and financial instrument (bank account or e-wallet) is permitted. titi4 uses automated and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, titi4 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any outstanding balances pending investigation.
3.4 Account Approval. titi4 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Account approval does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing access; titi4 may suspend or close any Account at any time in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.
3.5 Registration for Minors Prohibited. It is strictly prohibited for any person under the age of 21 to register an Account, attempt to register, or use an Account registered in another person's name. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use appropriate parental-control software to prevent underage access to gambling platforms.
4.1 KYC Requirement. In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations, titi4 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before withdrawals are enabled and, in certain cases, before higher deposit limits become available.
4.2 Documents Required. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
4.3 Processing Time. titi4 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may require up to 72 hours. During the verification period, withdrawals may be placed on hold; deposit and play functionality will remain available unless otherwise notified.
4.4 Failure to Verify. If a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a request, titi4 reserves the right to suspend the Account, block withdrawals, and return deposited funds (minus any bonuses applied) to the originating payment method.
5.1 Password Security. You are solely responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your titi4 Account and for keeping it confidential. titi4 recommends using a password of at least 12 characters combining upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse passwords across multiple platforms.
5.2 Two-Factor Authentication. titi4 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA provides a second layer of security that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in your Account settings following the titi4 Login process.
5.3 Unauthorised Access. You must notify titi4 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. titi4 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has delayed notifying titi4 of a breach.
5.4 Account Sharing. Accounts are strictly personal. Sharing your login credentials with any third party — including family members, friends, or betting agents — is prohibited. Any transactions made through your Account are your sole responsibility regardless of who initiated them.

All Account Balances are held and processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). titi4 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or any foreign currency. There are no currency conversion fees.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction within your Account dashboard. Deposits are typically credited within minutes of successful bank transfer or e-wallet confirmation. titi4 reserves the right to impose deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming policies or regulatory requirements. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name; third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the titi4 finance team during operating hours (00:00–24:00 WIB daily). Typical processing times are as follows:
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. titi4 may request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Any Bonus Balance that has not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement is not eligible for withdrawal.
You warrant that all funds deposited on the titi4 Platform are legitimately obtained and are not derived from any unlawful activity. titi4 maintains AML monitoring systems and reserves the right to flag, delay, or decline any transaction that presents indicators of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Such incidents may be reported to the relevant authorities.
7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional bonuses offered by titi4 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day — are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. These Terms constitute the general framework; individual promotion pages specify applicable wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum odds, and eligible games.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus credits must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to low-margin casino table games, certain live dealer games, and system bets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all to the wagering requirement. 7.3 Bonus Abuse. titi4 maintains sophisticated detection systems for identifying patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, systematic exploitation of low-risk game strategies to drain bonus balances, and any other conduct that exploits a promotional structure in a manner not intended by titi4. Where bonus abuse is detected, titi4 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the Account pending investigation, and permanently close the Account.
7.4 Modification of Promotions. titi4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Changes will not apply retrospectively to bonuses already credited and in use, unless the modification is required by a regulatory authority or is necessary to prevent ongoing abuse.
8.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the titi4 Platform — including live casino titles from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, slot gacor (high-frequency-return slot games) from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft, crash games including Aviator by Spribe, and card game formats including Bandar Ceme and Online Poker — are provided by internationally licensed and independently audited game studios. 8.2 Sportsbook Rules. 8.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome — including server errors, network interruptions, or software bugs that produce an anomalous result — titi4 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the corresponding stake to the Player's Account. titi4 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform malfunction beyond the return of the affected stake.
8.4 Collusion and Match-Fixing. Any form of collusion between Players — including chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting designed to manipulate an outcome, or any form of organised cheating — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. titi4 cooperates fully with regulatory authorities and sports integrity organisations in investigating match-fixing and related activities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the titi4 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

10.4 21+ Policy. titi4 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Account holders. This policy is applied at registration and reinforced through the KYC verification process. titi4 will permanently close any Account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
11.1 Ownership. All content on the titi4 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall Platform design and architecture — is the property of titi4 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of titi4.
11.3 Trademarks. The titi4 name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary trademarks of titi4. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the titi4 brand, trademarks, or trade names without prior written permission.
titi4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations. Data requests may be submitted to [email protected].
13.1 Platform Availability. titi4 endeavours to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, titi4 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused by Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
13.2 Gaming Losses. Gambling involves financial risk. titi4 accepts no liability for any gaming losses sustained by Players in the course of lawful use of the Platform. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited on the Platform and that this risk is inherent to gaming activity.
13.3 Cap on Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, titi4's total cumulative liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms limits titi4's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by titi4's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14.1 Termination by titi4. titi4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe; inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or regulatory or compliance requirements.
14.2 Termination by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the titi4 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any Real Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Privacy), 13 (Limitation of Liability), and 16 (Governing Law) of these Terms shall survive termination and continue in full force.
titi4 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account no less than 7 days prior to taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required to comply with a regulatory requirement or to address an urgent security or integrity issue. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which titi4 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise mandated by applicable mandatory consumer protection law in the Player's country of residence.
For Players who are residents of Indonesia, nothing in this clause operates to deprive you of any mandatory consumer rights protections afforded to you under Indonesian law.
